Dr. Clement Arthur is a Ghanaian physician-scientist and clinical researcher specializing in otolaryngology, oncology, and global public health. Internationally trained in China, he holds a PhD in Clinical Medicine and has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications on head and neck cancers, diagnostic imaging, and community-based cancer prevention. His academic work is supported by institutional affiliations and global collaborations.
Dr. Arthur serves as a reviewer for high-impact journals including the Brazilian Journal of Otolaryngology (BJOR), PLOS ONE, The Laryngoscope, and Frontiers in Public Health, and is widely recognized for his contributions to cancer diagnostics, AI-assisted screening, and ENT oncology.
As the Founder and Executive Director of Carelink Foundation, he provides visionary leadership to public health initiatives that bridge clinical innovation with community impact. His efforts have supported cancer education, refugee education, maternal health, and crisis relief programs across Ghana and beyond.
