Dr. Clement Arthur

Founder & CEO

Dr. Clement Arthur is a Ghanaian physician and clinical researcher specializing in otolaryngology, oncology, and public health. Internationally trained in China, he holds a PhD in Clinical Medicine and has contributed extensively to peer-reviewed publications, international medical reviews, and cancer prevention advocacy.
As a reviewer for high-impact journals including PLOS ONE, The Laryngoscope, Frontiers in Public Health, and the Brazilian Journal of Otolaryngology, Dr. Arthur is recognized for his expertise in head and neck cancers and diagnostic innovation. He is also a passionate health educator and global public health advocate.

Mrs. Dakura

Secretary and Program Assistant

Mrs. Dakura serves as the Secretary of the Carelink Foundation, where she plays a vital role in coordinating programs, managing communications, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations. With strong organizational skills and a deep commitment to community service, Mrs. Dakura assists in planning, executing, and monitoring the Foundation’s outreach activities and health education initiatives. Her dedication and teamwork contribute greatly to advancing Carelink’s mission of improving health and well-being across vulnerable communities.

Mr. Thomas Obwoya

Technical and IT Personnel

Mr. Thomas Obwoya serves as the Technical and IT Personnel as well as International Coordinator at the Carelink Foundation. In this capacity, he oversees the Foundation’s information technology systems, supports digital communications, and ensures secure and effective data management. Additionally, Mr. Obwoya coordinates international partnerships and collaborations, facilitating cross-border projects and enhancing the global reach of Carelink’s mission. With a strong background in technology and intercultural communication, he plays a key role in maintaining efficient operations and strengthening Carelink’s impact worldwide.

Mrs. Kanda

Community Representative for Health Education and Support Care

Mrs. Kanda serves as the Community Representative for Health Education and Support Care at the Carelink Foundation. In this role, she engages directly with local communities to promote health awareness, deliver educational programs, and support individuals and families in accessing essential care services. Her dedication to empowering communities and improving health outcomes makes her a vital part of Carelink’s mission to serve vulnerable populations with compassion and integrity.

Mrs. Nanangma

Focal Person for Home-Based Cancer Patient Support

Mrs. Nanangma serves as the focal person for house-to-house follow-up and support of home-based, discharged cancer patients. She provides essential care coordination, guidance, and monitoring to help patients and their families manage recovery and improve quality of life. Her commitment and compassion greatly enhance Carelink’s mission of delivering community-centered cancer care.
