At Carelink Foundation, we are passionately committed to enhancing education at both the primary and secondary school levels, particularly in underserved and rural communities across Ghana. One of the key pillars of our work is the provision of essential educational materials to schools that lack the resources needed to deliver quality education. Through our educational support programs, we donate school desks, textbooks, exercise books, uniforms, writing supplies, and sanitary items to schools in need.

A notable example of our efforts can be seen in our support to Motoka No.1 D/A Primary School, located in the Chinderi District of the Oti Region. This school, like many others in the area, has faced significant challenges due to limited infrastructure and resources. Many students previously had to sit on the floor or share overcrowded desks, making it difficult for them to focus and learn effectively. Our donation of desks and other learning materials has helped create a more conducive and motivating learning environment for both students and teachers.

Additionally, our provision of school uniforms and sanitary supplies—such as sanitary pads and hygiene kits—addresses critical barriers to school attendance, particularly for girls. In many cases, girls miss valuable classroom time during their menstrual cycles due to a lack of proper hygiene products. By offering these essential items, we help ensure that no child’s education is interrupted due to preventable challenges.

Our aim is to remove the obstacles that hinder educational attainment in deprived communities and to promote equal opportunities for all children. At Carelink Foundation, we believe that every child deserves access to quality education, and we remain committed to building a brighter future for young learners across Ghana—one school, one student at a time.
